• How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Delivery of orders can take up to a approximately*:

• US / Canada: 5 to 10 days
• Europe / Asia / Australia: 7 to 12 days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 17 days

 * Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. 

• How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping can range from $3.50 - $4.95 for single product. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be listed before processing.

• I ordered multiple items, why did I only received one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you 

• I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What happened?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section. 

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the RazorPay Payments. We also accept PayPal as well. No checks are accepted and either Payment on delivery.

* Can I cancel my order(s)?  

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

 

* How long would take the money to go back to me?

Depending of the policies of the payment method, the money will be effective between 5-7 business days.
